I have a design idea! Can you help me to create it?

Yes! We are experts in taking your ideas and producing it . Retail or wholesale!.. We will consult you on each step of your design and manufacturing process. Simply email us your sketches, ideas,pictures  or 3d files (stl, 3dm etc) , and we will take it from there. You can also call and talk to me directly to discuss the details.  

What is the Custom Order Timing and Pricing?

Usually a regular ring design from scratch takes 7 business days and up.  But also we make special projects that can take months. It's better to discuss about your ideas together so we can give a healthy estimation for timing and pricing.

Shipping policy

In Stock Designs are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. No shipping charges for designs $500 and up.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship  international via  Fedex,DHL or UPS up to $50.000, We use armed services over the 50K limit. Please reach us for details.

What are Blood Diamonds and what is  Kimberley Process?

We source our diamonds only from dealers those follow  Kimberley Process rules.

(The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) imposes extensive requirements on its members to enable them to certify shipments of roughdiamonds as 'conflict-free' and prevent conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate trade.)

Do you use recycled materials?

Yes, we use for most of our collections and some  custom orders, unless it's necessary or we are asked to use fresh materials. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

(NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS)

Items purchased  and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Baharra  for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or purchased from a third party retailer will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using priority shipping methods, you will be credited the purchase price of the item only. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Ring and Chain Sizes

Unless mentioned our chains are 16-18 inches for pendants and rings are average sizes. Please let us know your ring size or any chain size you prefer for your orders. 

PS:  Our LUCY YOU chains with lucky eyes on come in one size (17inches) and are NOT sizeable.
